Yes, we can upgrade your session if you book the wrong one, but the remaining balance must be paid prior to that change.

Payments

TERMS OF SERVICE: All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance using the calendar invitation link. Updates within 2 hours of the start time may not be accepted. Clients are responsible for requesting changes to their appointments in good faith. After two scheduling disruptions, the client forfeits the consultation. Missed sessions are not eligible for credit once the original date has passed.
